I run an e-commerce consultancy to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Southeast Asia scale their businesses.

My past work portfolio at Lazada and Shopify covered a wide spectrum of the e-commerce landscape across a variety of industries in Southeast Asia.

Highlights include helping merchants scale with omnichannel strategies selling across online, offline retail stores, on marketplaces and their own direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites, collaborating with Singapore government agencies on grants for SMEs, working on tech product management and working with best-in-industry agency and tech software partners in the region.
